Production of flexible packaging
We manufacture packaging of the following types:

We produce packaging whose base materials are paper, films and nets. The packages are delivered on rolls, printed according to the customer's guidelines, ready to be filled and closed.
We use selectively applied water-based adhesives - safe for people, the environment and the product. All SILBO packaging is compatible with both vertical and horizontal packaging machines of common manufacturers.
We are guided by the principles of eco-design in the construction of packaging, understanding that as a manufacturer we are responsible for each of our packaging throughout its life cycle. We realize that the decisions already made at the packaging design stage are responsible for as much as 80% of its environmental impact. That's why we have encapsulated our offerings into three pillars: Biosil, Monosil and Minisil, which define the STANDARDS OF ECODESIGN - the way the cycle should close in the management of the planet's resources.

At Silbo, we do not use inks based on pathogenic and dangerous alcoholic solvents.
Printing with water-based inks is ecological, efficient and of excellent quality. Its use does not emit toxic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the atmosphere. To confirm these properties, SILBO packaging is marked with a special "Water-Based-Print" symbol.

Die-cutting
- The windows can be of standard shapes and sizes, but we also offer die-cutting of non-standard windows at the customer's request.
- Our technology allows the mesh to be glued only in place of the windows, which saves material and gives better biodegradation parameters.
- Windows are an excellent form of product presentation, ensure the attractiveness of the packaging and properly protect the goods.
At Silbo we punch windows in all the materials we work on - paper, films of various types or laminates. We enrich the windows with meshes (linen, viscose, organic, recyclable plastics, both woven and extruded) and transparent or semi-transparent films for composting or recycling.

In order to achieve the necessary barrier parameters, for specific products we offer laminates, i.e. packaging materials that permanently connect a minimum of two layers. We select base materials in such a way that the recyclable or compostable properties of the packaging in question are not lost. In this regard, we have developed our own patents and obtained relevant certifications.

Perforations and laser cutting
We offer:
- notches for easy opening (easy-open),
- open/close solutions ("open/close"),
- specialized one-way degassing valves used, for example, in coffee
