Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of: a) conducting analyzes and statistical research that will ensure ongoing improvement of services aimed at adapting the content to your needs or interests - to which we are entitled pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR (our legitimate interest is to conduct research in order to improve the services offered) b) handling inquiries sent via the contact form based on the consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
5. We collect only the data that is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, i.e. IP, geolocation and data contained in the contact form. Your data is not subject to profiling, i.e. automatic decision-making based on it.

The recipient of your data (processor) may be an entity acting on behalf of the data controller, i.e. an entity providing IT security services, an entity in the field of CRM security, a representative of the client ordering recruitment.

Personal data may be made available to state authorities at their request pursuant to generally applicable legal provisions, or to other persons and cooperating entities - i.e. subcontractors providing services to us, in particular IT, legal and other auxiliary services (based on concluded contracts). entrusting the processing of personal data).
8. Personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn. In the case of data collection for the purposes of statistical analysis and research - until an effective objection is raised.

b) rectification of data - i.e. you can request us to rectify your personal data if it is inconsistent with the actual state and to supplement it

Submitting a request to delete data is tantamount to resigning from participation in the recruitment process conducted by Integra Consulting.
d) processing restrictions - i.e. you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. If you submit such a request, until it is considered, we will prevent you from using certain functionalities or services, the use of which will involve the processing of the data covered by the request.
e) data transfer - i.e. you have the right to receive your personal data that you provided to us and then send it to another personal data administrator of your choice. You may also request that your personal data be sent directly by us to such other administrator. Remember that we will exercise your rights if technically possible.
f) object to the processing - i.e. you can object to the processing of your personal data at any time if we process it based on our legitimate interest. If your objection turns out to be justified and we have no other legal basis for processing your personal data, we will delete your data to the use of which you have objected.
g) to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawing your consent does not result in any negative consequences for you.
10.
